OK, this is getting to be routine.  But, an entire country?

Quite incredible, and I am surprised everyone else must be on holiday - because imagine the amount of identity theft which is possible by faking Ecuadorian passports, birth certificates, the ramifications of this must make the underground Dark Web chuckle and make a load of money guaranteed for a lifetime.  Now given the World Bank states that we should plan for the lifetime of a person to be potentially up 110 years - this is more than a generations worth of corruption, hardship - there is simply no way you can sweep this under the carpet.

The ramifications will be felt for generations.

I wonder what each individuals data is selling for on the Black Market?
