I saw this today in the WSJ:
The Biden administration took another step Tuesday toward regulating new artificial intelligence tools such as ChatGPT. The White House asked for public input as it seeks to develop a national AI strategy to guard against misinformation and other potential downsides of the tech.
The strategy is expected to take on the benefits of AI, such as possibly using it to expand access to government services, as well as harms such as increased hacking capabilities, bias in AI decisions, and the risk that AI-generated material might disrupt elections.
