NIST just published a new special publication for incident response titled "Incident Response Recommendations and Considerations for Cybersecurity Risk Management: A CSF 2.0 Community Profile".

This is the first Community Profile released by NIST for the Cybersecurity Framework (CSF) version 2.0.
