A most neglected subject : Technical Countermeasures

It appears that Faraday cages are still required given the news:

https://www.theregister.co.uk/2018/07/27/screaming_channels_attack/

Even after 50 years these type of attacks are relevant and continue to work, but who really cares about this?

The intelligence community and its national security counterparts do, I bet.

There are a variety of side channel attacks.  Malware propagation via acoustic properties anyone?

I never really thought 2x about acoustic side channels until just now, Cisco Proximity solutions (integrates video conferencing with smart phones via... you guessed it - high frequency) . wonder if thats hackable?
