Japanese police have questioned and charged a 13-year-old female student for distributing malicious code online after she linked to the code on an online message board.
You notice she didn't write it. She linked to it.
It was written by somebody else. In 2014.
The code? It's an infinite loop that pops up an alert message every time you click OK.
