I'm not a big fan of 5G. I think there are weaknesses inherent in the protocol suite that are going to give us security nightmares for years to come.

Hmm, it seems this may not be as simple as the tinfoil hat crowd doing their thing.

Covid-19 link to 5G technology fueled by coordinated effort
"Marc Owen Jones, a researcher at Hamad bin Khalifa University in Qatar, who specialises [sic/British spelling] in online disinformation networks," sees evidence indicating a possible fake social media push of this "theory" similar to campaigns pushed in the past by the Russian Internet Research Agency. Jones does not attribute it to Russia or any other nation, simply notes similarities in the campaign process.
