I havent found one yet. The official book is from 2014 and is seriously outdated.
ISC2 seems to be trying force people to take an expensive course.

Please stop selling the ISSAP CBK, until an updated version comes out!
It can be argued that ISC2 is violating its own code of ethics by selling something so outdated!

Hi Kaity,

I cannot open the domain refresh page, receive an error (502: BAD_GATEWAY).

Is there an updated link available?

Thank you very much

Dirk

Hi @DT2 - I'm not sure what page you're trying to access. Are you looking for the most recent ISSAP exam outline?

The ISSAP exam last refreshed in October 2020, and the outline is available in PDF form here

Hi @Kaity,

I try to access the Domain Refresh document, that describes the differences to the newest version of the exam:

"and we have a document that you can use as a guide on what updated between this version of the exam and the last - https://www.isc2.org/-/media/ISC2/Certifications/Domain-Refresh/CISSP-ISSAP-DomainRefresh.ashx"

When I try to open this link I get an error message. Is this link not valid anymore, is there maybe a new version of the document?

Thanks Dirk

Ah yes, apologies - when we launched a new website last year, that page was not moved over. I'll send you a private message with the information.

Hi all,

The link I provided to view the information was to a "wayback machine" archived URL. Anyone can access it here: https://web.archive.org/web/20230607001209/https:/www.isc2.org/Certifications/CISSP-Concentrations/I...

ISC2 exams are updated roughly every three years, give or take depending on the feedback from our JTA surveys and other exam development work.

Thank you for the archived link.

I guess that means ISSAP is well overdue for a refresh...not to mention it's ancient "guide to" CBK hardcover. 😉
