Security Congress session pre-registration?

For some of the sessions at the 2023 Security Congress called "Bright Ideas" it states:
"PRE-REGISTRATION REQUIRED Participate in these small group discussions on granular topics, which will be facilitated by a subject matter expert. Have the chance to talk openly with fellow cyber security professionals to share experiences and learnings. Please note that pre-registration is required as numbers are limited and places will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis."

However, I can find no information about how this pre-registration is supposed to occur. Nothing at all about it on the Security Congress event site, the ISC2 site, this forum, my email, or any other place on the known internet.

Any pointers on where to "pre-register" for these events? Did I somehow miss the obvious?
