So MHOO, AI and its implementation will only be as good or as bad as the developers doing the work.

Now I may get flamed for that statement but I do believe it is true.  I have seen some great applications (typically COTS) that have been implemented in the worse possible way or tweaked by someone that did not fully understand the tool or the implications.

Yes it ultimately is up to Boards (senior management) to ensure that all due care is taken but sometimes, they simply worry about other things (financial, protection of property, theft, etc.) to ensure that IT is doing it's job efficiently and effectively.  I know that sounds like an oxymoron but we have seen it in practice through the years.

Glad to see that some folks are taking the implications seriously and seeing a set of potential laws is good and my hope is that many others jump on the band wagon and develop the laws sooner rather than later.

Hi @dcontesti No problem a good one, perhaps it will be fully adopted.

It reminds of being a mentor for architectural certification for candidates, where I have to remind them to explode acronyms, when explaining technical terms to senior executives, especially in written responses.

@Caute_cautim Sorry, one course that I teach is for Parents and knowing what the initials on their Children's screens typically mean.  I should have stopped myself when typing it, I do know better.

I will post the entire list that I use in the training under separate cover but keep in mind, you can use:

You remind me so much of mentoring and coaching other people to express themselves especially towards subjects such as Architectural Thinking and to show they have actually used the techniques in their solution designs. 

As my organisation is so wrapped up in acronyms, I have made a mission to explode them and at least explain at least once, before actively using them or ensuring the readership know what you are on about.
