Urgent! CCSP exam purchasing problem

Hi,


I have been trying to purchase the CCSP exam for over two weeks now.Eventually, the exam fee was deducted from my bank account, but an error occurred on the payment screen, and no valid exam appears on my ISC2 dashboard.

Since then, I tried to contact ISC2 support through chat, email, and by phone, but only in a few attempts did I receive any response, and until now the issue is not solved.

Honestly, I’m quite disappointed with the level of support ISC2 is providing to its candidates.

Has anyone had such an experience?  Any idea how we can work this out?

It has been almost two months, and I am still struggling to purchase the CCSP exam after months of studying. As you already know, I have been in contact with your support team since day one, yet no solution has been provided. I have now been waiting for 12 days for someone to contact me to try the alternative payment method.

Do you consider this an acceptable level of support? Are these the standards and ethics that ISC2 aims to promote through the certificates you offer?

I just paid and encountered the same problem.


I reported this issue to customer service at https://my.isc2.org/s/Contact-Us.

but no emails received yet.

I just confirmed that ISC2 had cancelled the credit card transaction for me.

Unfortunately not yet.

I am waiting for ISC2 support to reply with the details for wire transfer, since this the only available option instead of the online payment.
