I have contacted the support via the chat system last week about the same issue which im facing and they asked me to open a case. However when i informed them that i have an open case which is somewhat related and ask if they could help to add on the issue, they said they will but then when the examadministration replied to my previous case, there was no mention about the issue of scheduling.
Have sent a separate email on Monday, 5/5, but have yet to receive a reply.
Would you be able to assist on this?
