Still no update. I just tried now again and still I cannot register for the SSCP Exam.

Yes I have. They finally sent some instructions, but I tried them and still the issue is not resolved.

It’s now April 30. I tried again this morning and it still doesn’t work. Can you direct me to a team who can register the exam for me? I am willing to give my login details and voucher code @mariatirado

I hope so. Please let them know I will give them my login details and my voucher code so they can purchase the exam for me and then I can schedule the exam on my end via PearsonVue

Hello @mariatirado 

I am facing similar issue.

I purchased CISSP exam and paid the fees successfully.

However I am unable to schedule exam and it consistently giving the error "No Contact record found". Additionally, when trying to fill the form displayed on that error page, drops downs not working for any of the fields. I tried various devices, different browsers and different networks and same result.

I have to book the exam asap and requesting your urgent help.
