Hi Kaity, we are still blocked to purchase the exams. Could you give us an ETA when it will come online?

@Kaity the issue I am encountering is that there is an error (see the pic below) when I try to check out.

 

It has been so since this morning and I have tried many times with cache cleared, browsers changed, and network changed.

 

hope it is being addressed and sorted out soon.

Hi all,

 

If you purchased a voucher for your ISC2 exam prior to April 16, please note that the process is different now. You will need to use that voucher code at checkout when you purchase your exam (following the directions on this page, https://www.isc2.org/register-for-exam) on the ISC2 site. The voucher code will make your purchase $0 and then you can schedule your exam from your account.

I have tried all browsers, even in incognito/private mode just to see if that changed anything, and still no luck. This issue has been going on for several days now. Is there any update on this issue? @mariatirado

I've purchased the exam using a Peace of Mind Protection voucher and added my promo code that I received to purchase the exam. I can see the CISSP exam in my 'Courses and Exams' section. When I click on the schedule exam option, it takes me to the ISC2 Exam Account Information page, where it asks me to fill in my contact information, I get an error message 'Error notification. Error, No contact record found'. I can fill in my details in the text box, but the drop-down box doesn't work for me. It doesn't let me fill in my details, which then takes me to the Pearson VUE page to schedule the exam.

I've tried multiple browsers, laptops (also cleared my cache), and also my mobile phone, but no luck. I'm from the Asia-Pacific region and tried contacting ISC2 customer care number from the website +852-5803-5662. No one picks up the call either. Is there any other method by which I can contact ISC2?

How do I get the drop-down box to work so that I can fill in my contact information and schedule my exam? I've been trying to schedule my exam for the past week, and this bug has set my exam date back by a week. Any response would help me book my exam.
