* Booked my SSCP exam yesterday evening. My credit card was charged with the amount.
* Logged in with my ISC2 account
* In Dashboard, click on Schedule
* Takes me to another page. While the page is loading, it errors out saying "No contact record found"
* Try to fill the form and drop down under "Address type" does not work. All the rest of the drop down does not wok either. By not working means the click on the drop down does not happen
* Tried with multiple different browser ( Chrome vs Firefox), incognito modes.
* Tried to call both the 1800 /727 North America numbers ( during the time frame mentioned in Contact Us). Multiple attempts. Does not route to any Representatives. Phone is discoonected with the message
* Filled up the form as well to get attention. No email response received.
* Tried the same for the CC exam as well and having similar results
Please help!!

Thank you for reaching out via the ISC2 Community. I'm sorry to learn you are having difficulty scheduling your SSCP exam.
I have checked your records. I am happy to see that late yesterday evening, you successfully scheduled your SSCP exam for May 31, 2025.
However, this scheduled SSCP exam will affect your ability to schedule your CC exam. Due to our recent systems upgrade, there are lingering technical issues that we are working to resolve.
The one (1) free CC exam through our 1 Million CC initiative is meant for entry-level individuals who have no prior cybersecurity experience. At present, once a higher-level exam is scheduled, the system "thinks" the test taker is not an entry-level test taker. An error message is generated preventing candidates from scheduling their CC exam.
We apologize for the inconvenience. Our technical team is diligently working to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
We thank you for your patience and understanding.
I wish you all the best on your SSCP exam!

Hi Christine,
Thank you for the quick turnaround and yes, I was able to schedule my SSCP exam yesterday, Thank you.
Based on your update, Its my understanding that I should still be able to take the CC exam ( even though I am taking a higher level exam ) once the internal system issues have been resolved? Kindly confirm. If yes, can you share some ETA as to when these issues will be resolved?
Appreciate your feedback.
Regards,
Rajesh
Hi Rajesh,
Yes, you will still be able to take the CC exam ( even though you are taking a higher-level exam ) once the internal system issues have been resolved.
Unfortunately, we have not been given a timeframe on the resolution of that known issue.
KInd regards,
Christine

"Passed" seems like the a better indicator that the candidate has ceased being entry-level. My suggestion is that the criterion be changed from "has not scheduled" to "has not passed".
This opens a natural path for those that fail the SSCP (or other higher exam) to instead earn CC until such point as they truly are ready to level-up.
Hi, I have the same issue. I can't schedule my SSCP exam despite I already passed my CC exam few months ago
Hi @ralphjb - please send an email to examadministration@isc2.org so they can assist you with this. Thanks!
