URGENT. I CANNOT ACCESS MUY PEARSONVUE ACCOUNT TO RESCHEDULE THE EXAM

I need to reschedule my CISSP exam but in my ISC2 account the exam is not registered. In my dashboard it says You do not have any appointments scheduled. When I try to access to my pearsonvue account to check if the exam appears in order to reschedule it, it says that my user does no exist. It must be a problem with the SSO between ISC2 and pearsonvue.

 It sounds like you might have two emails/accounts created that are not matching up. Please reach out to examadministration@isc2.org or click on the "Live Chat" button on the bottom right corner of isc2.org for assistance.

i need to edit my name.

 

the name on my examination portal is benedict nil ogwuche

the correct name is benedict ogwuche.

 

when i was filling the form i did filled nil on the request for middle name before i was able to submit my forms am surprised to see it added to my name. efforts to correct it through the links on the mails i received were not successful.

 

please your good office to correct this anomaly'
