The CC exam

I passed with success the CC exam one week ago.

Some advice for those preparing for certification:

1) Be prepared and confident in your knowledge; train more than the minimum required.

2) Be sure you understand the question, read twice and slowly.

3) Choose the best answer, even is not the best possible solution.

4) This is an exam not the real life - you may be doing differently at your job as requested by your employer.

3) Don't rush - I finished the exam in less than 1 hour (maximum time is 2 hours).

I'm trying to get around the training but 1 week later I'm still not able to enroll, even bought the text book, and received nothing.

Any experience with such issues..?

You should contact ISC2 directly.  I am not really sure what you meant by get around the training.  If you follow the candidate process, ISC2 should have reached out to you on how to access the training and exam voucher.  The training is in the same place as the eTextbook when accessing it.
