Email member/customer services with the details and ask them to help. It might be that the result is pending a psychometric review or similar or even the test centre had an issue.
You should have received a provisional score report from your testing center when you finished your exam. If not, please reach out to our exam administration team at: examadministration@isc2.org so they can ensure this non-standard practice doesn't continue at the test center you used.
