It seems the issue is fixed. Give it a try from different browser or from incognito.
Send an email to exam team if you are still unable to access the site.
What specific browser did you use? and did you use incognito/private mode? So you were able to finally register for an exam? @akkem
I just checked again using 6 different browsers, and even tried incognito/private mode on them. Still doesn't work for me. Which browser did you use and what were your settings?
