ISC2 checkout process not working

I tried many times while my CCSP exam checkout process but below error still persist. Could you please have a check?

• The system is down.
• Location changed during checkout.

I purchased the ebook using the ISC2 link and it has been 24 hrs and I have not received any email confirmation with where I would be able to access the book, all I have is a order number

I just tried just now and the checkout issue is sill there.

I sent out emails, no one has replied to my emails. Issue is still not fixed.
