I provisionally passed the CC exam a week ago, but I haven't received a confirmation email

Hello,

I provisionally passed the CC exam a week ago, but I have not yet received a confirmation email. I would like to confirm whether my result has been processed correctly or if there is any issue with my registration.

Could someone please advise me on how to proceed?
