Today, I checked with the bank and the refund has been processed.

I attempted to send an email to examadministration@isc2.org, but I received an automated message stating:
"Your message wasn't delivered because the recipient's email provider rejected it." email: peerayut.sri@windowslive.com
I would like to ask for clarification to ensure that I correctly understand the policy.
Regarding the statement:
"If the tax amount or location/region is different from the original registration, you would not be able to reschedule the exam. You would be required to cancel the original registration, and then schedule the exam again."
For clarification, if I follow the instructions to reschedule my exam by canceling my current appointment and selecting a new exam date,
I only need to pay the rescheduling fee, or will I be required to pay a cancellation fee before scheduling a new exam date?
Thank you for contacting the ISC2 Community Board.
If you are rescheduling your exam to a different country, where currency is different, you would need to cancel your exam, and then book exam for a new date.
I followed the instructions and attempted to cancel my exam, but the system shows that I will be charged USD 100 + 7 tax (total USD 107), even though I am using the same test center and only want to change the exam date. My issue is that the system keeps showing the message “the tax amount or the exam location/region differs from the original registration,” even though I selected the same test center. I would like to know why this message appears and why I am unable to reschedule the exam myself. Also, is it really necessary for me to pay the cancellation fee and then pay the full exam fee again just to choose a new exam date? @DJExamTeam @isc2 Please give me some advice.
