How can I check of my experience qualifies me for a specific domain and a certification?

Hello

I work for a Cybersecurity company for 11.5 years, but most of those years were in Software Engineering and not necesarily security related application. For the last 5 years I have been involved in developing a Threat Intelligence solution and I have become more imersed in the domain. Got by CC certification from ISC2 and OSDA from Offensive Security, I understand cybersecyrity concepts, have been involved in security audits for multiple products, held presentations for the engineering team and I am the software security  go to guy within the team. However my title and job description still revolves around Software Engineering. 
How can I check if this experience qualifies me for various certifications of ISC2? I would be mostly interested in SSCP, CGRC and eventually CISSP.

Read the official exam outline. In there it describes the experience required, which is typically x number of years in one or more of the domains covered by the exam. It then goes through each domain and lists associated tasks/subtasks. Do you have experience of carrying out some of those tasks/subtasks in line with the experience requirement? If you do then you should be fine.

Given your background, you should also consider the CSSLP:

If you don't have the experience, there is always the "Associate of ISC2" option.
