Exam grading question

Dear All,

I have some questions about the exam grading.

I would be taking a linear version of the exam as the CAT versions are not available at my site. In linear version of the exam do we must pass ALL domain in order to pass? or we just need an over 700 score/70% to pass?

Another question is what does "near proficient" means on exam result? does it mean above 70%?

Does ISC2 still includes 25 nongraded questions as part of the 250 questions?

I took the exam in April, I failed 3 domains and near proficient in 1.

Thank you.

You might review the Exam FAQs.

Grading is quite similar for both Linear and CAT, so even the "other" FAQ can be quite informative

One detail that is not very clear in the FAQ is that "Near proficient" means you were almost, but not quite good enough. So, you need to study just a little bit on those domains and lots on the domains you failed.
