Cissp endorsment delays

Hi dear community,

I passed the CISSP exam on October 30, 2025, and I have completed and submitted all required endorsement information. It has now been six weeks since submission.

Completing the endorsement process before the end of this year is very important for me, as achieving the CISSP certification this year is a key requirement related to my performance goals at my company. I also need to be able to inform my employer about the certification status before year-end.

I would greatly appreciate any advice, guidance, or support you can share that might help expedite or better understand the endorsement process. Any help, even small suggestions, would be highly appreciated.

Hi @Kaity 

I passed my CISSP exam on January 5, 2026.

I submitted for endorsement (member) today January 9, 2026.

Once submitted - automatically I get a reply within a second:
"Please note, you have not met the minimum experience requirement within this application. Please see the ISC2 website for the requirements for the certification you are seeking.".

I believe this is an error. I have submitted everything required and I pass the minimum experience requirement.

Who do I contact to manually review my application? Do I email Programs@isc2.org ?
