Hi,
I passed my CISSP around 3-4 weeks ago and quickly completed the endorsement process because I didn't want too many delays. After 3 weeks I have heard nothing from the ISC2 team and the endorsement is still on stage 1 which is being submitted but not picked up by an ISC2 member. I applied for ISC2 to endorse me with information about a CISSP college who I have worked with for a number of years.
I am wondering if it will be quicker to submit the endorsement using my colleague and not ISC2 because I don't want to get to the point where its going to take another 4 weeks and then suddenly I am reaching that 9 months limit before I need to take the exam again.
Or is there anyone who I can speak to about this or is there a general delay with endorsements at the moment ?
Thanks a lot @Kaity, my application is now approved. I really appreciate your help and assistance over here.
Hello @amigi! Apologies for my delay as I was out on PTO January 6-10. Has your status changed yet? Please feel free to PM me.
For all on this thread, the application review timeline is 4-6 weeks but we are certainly at the longer end of that timeline due to the holidays. We had a smaller number of staff available in December and also have holiday time off for the entire team around Christmas and New Year's.
Hello @Kaity, thanks for the info. In the meantime, I got reply to my question submitted via online form and my endorsement is currently at ISC2 for review.
Hi Kaity,
I am in the same boat. I passed my CISSP on December 14, 2024, and quickly completed the endorsement and got a notification from ISC2 "Your application was endorsed by .................., it has been submitted to ISC2 for review.
Five weeks have gone by, and I have yet to hear any further feedback. Will appreciate your help.
