CISSP Confirmation email

Hello Team,

I have provisionally passed CISSP exam on 5th December 2023.. After that I have not received any email confirmation from ISC2 yet as its been 3 days.

Can someone please assist?

I am wondering why this happens as many of them received email on same day but not me..How long it usually takes?

Usually the email is sent the same day. My guess - without evidence - may be that we have two accounts in your name or email address, and so we need to merge the two in order to have your information flow correctly through the path of actions following a successful exam attempt.

Ohh this is strange!! Before that I gave CC and I got the email same day and for CISSP its the same account.. May I know when can I expect or how long it will take if you will be able to provide update?
