Yesterday I tried to contact "MemberSupport@isc2.org" to solve a first name problem in the platform.
Today is my CC isc2 exam and my FIRST NAME is incorrect in PEARSON VUE.
PEARSON VUE has told me that in order to change my FIRST NAME I have to contact "MemberSupport@isc2.org" but they are not responding.
In the email I sent yesterday to support at 3:03 pm is detailed information, I would just like to please solve my case as soon as possible.
My exam is in 5 hours and I am afraid that they will cancel my exam.
