I provisionally passed the CC exam on April 18 and was told final results would be emailed within 3–5 business days, but I haven’t received them yet (today is April 24). Also, my candidate account expires on April 30 if I don’t pay the $50 fee. Please guide regardung this.
I have the same situation and contacted MemberSupport@isc2.org 3 days ago, but I have not received any official response so far, and the online chat function is also unavailable. How can I get help?
I have successfully obtained my certification as of April 30, 2025 (Taiwan Time). You might consider reaching out to them via LinkedIn — it could be a faster way to get a response. I hope this helps!
I was in a very similar situation to OP: provisionally passed on April 19, 2025. I waited through the "2-5 days" and did not receive the promised email. (Yes, I 100% verified there are no emails in spam multiple times while waiting for that email.) So, I tried using the offered live chat and could not get a response outside of a message letting me know that chat is only available during the hours posted in the Contact Us page. Those hours? "Chat is available Tuesday- Friday, 11a.m. Singapore Time (SGT) – 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time (ET)" Uh, what? From 11 AM Singapore time to 3 PM Eastern time? 11 AM In Singapore is 11 PM Eastern Time. 3 PM Eastern Time is 3 AM Singapore time. How does this listing make any sense at all?
OK, so I moved past that and filled out the contact form. I did not receive an acknowledgement or response from filling out the form.
Luckily, I came across the reply in this discussion from @Spirnia recommending going to https://www.isc2.org/endorsement - that was the answer! I don't know what's going on with ISC2's communications, but it seems like a lot of people are not receiving what they've been told to expect when passing an exam. Not a great experience as a brand-new member. I hope they're working on these issues.
Congratulations on your certification!
And I am happy to hear the link worked to resolve the issue.
Hi @Kaity, I recently passed my CC exam, which was offered for free, and my dashboard reflects the "Passed" status. I’ve also completed and submitted the endorsement form. However, I now see a prompt to pay $50 on the dashboard. Could you please clarify, do I need to make this payment in order to receive my Credly digital badge?
Hi @Arun_Drabu - congratulations on passing your exam!!
Yes, that is correct. As part of our pledge, the course and one exam attempt per person is offered for free. To be awarded the full certification, there is a $50 Annual Maintenance Fee (AMF). https://www.isc2.org/landing/1mcc
Thank you for the confirmation; I can now proceed accordingly. I appreciate your quick response.
