CC Results Delay

I provisionally passed the CC exam on April 18 and was told final results would be emailed within 3–5 business days, but I haven’t received them yet (today is April 24). Also, my candidate account expires on April 30 if I don’t pay the $50 fee. Please guide regardung this.

By any chance, did you proceed to the Certification Application for your CC?

You can send an email examadministration@isc2.org to inquire about your results. Hope they are not in Spam folder.

@lucixsherry06 Congratulations on passing the exam! 

Since it's been a few days, you should have received the email providing next steps. Do check your spam/junk folder for that. However, the next step is as mentioned in this thread - you will submit your application for certification at https://my.isc2.org/s/endorsement-application/( which will prompt you to log in and submit your application).

For CC, you don't need any experience, just to attest that you will adhere to the Code of Ethics. If you're not permitted to submit your application, that can indicate that test results are not finalized in our system. This could be for a few reasons, so please reach out to ExamAdministration@isc2.org directly for assistance with your account.

Did you ever get the results? I just passed my exam today but I haven’t received the email yet either so I’m worried about how long it takes.

I proceeded to the applicationafter I passed the exam, but every time I clicked on the link, it just brought me back to the dashboard. I’m assuming we have to wait until they actually verify the results and send the email.

Results should be emailed within 1-2 business days. If you don't get an email with results, you can log into your account on isc2.org and then go to https://www.isc2.org/Dashboard/Courses-Exams 

This page should show you exam results. If you see CC - Passed, then you can go to the application I posted earlier in the thread and start the process. If you don't see anything after a few days, please reach out to MemberSupport@isc2.org for help. Your results could be held up for a few different reasons and they can find out and assist.

@Kaity   Thank you for that new link.  Oddly all of mine show up but my ISSEP and ISSMP only show as ISC2 where all of the others show the actual certification.  I am not real concerned since I have my certificates but thought should let you know.  Appreciate all that you do.
