Speaking from experience from booking a recent exam, searching for seats one month in advance was limited. When I arrived at the location there were many people waiting and it took more than 30 minutes to check-in.
There may not be any available seats left to book your exam on that day. If your selected testing centre is fully booked you might want to look at another location. You may be fortunate if there is more than one examination location in your city.
