SSCP Certification proposal

My name is Mihails Nikitins and I'm IT Infrastructure Manager. I havearound 3 years of expirience in the field.

I have decided to get SSCP certification and within next 2 year go for CISSP and do so I have requested the taining from my employee.

My CIO asked me to provide him witht the optional costs for the training. By using the site it is very furstrating by not getting direct answers. I got in tocuh with support but not replies yet.

All the prices I can see are in USD, should it be based on your profile location as I need to present the proposal in GBP.

So far I could figure out some Fees:

Exam costs - £199

Rescheduling Exam - £35

Cancelling Exam - £70

Membership fees - £95 a year

Books :

1. Official (ISC)² Guide to the SSCP CBK, Fifth Edition - not avaialble on Amazon.co.uk
   
2. Official (ISC)² SSCP Study Guide, Second Edition
3. Official (ISC)² SSCP Practice Tests
4. SSCP Systems Security Certified Practitioner All-in-One Exam Guide, Third Edition

Do I need them all or 4. will cover everyting?

Do I need a membership before the exam?

How the proof of experience process works?

Is there any guide with prices and all possible options of study (Self-study, Online, In-class..etc) so I can present them to my CIO for approval and budget allocation.
