That is a fantastic idea. Studying in a vacuum can definitely lead to burnout, and having a "brain trust" to bounce concepts off of makes the material stick so much better. The accountability of a group naturally sharpens your focus and keeps that momentum going through the more dense chapters.

@Blue_bird Everyone learns differently. I always keep this in mind for the people that I support. I know that study groups and flashcards work great for a lot of people. They do nothing for me. I self-study and do lots of practice questions. I know that does not work for others. I always encourage people to find what works best for them and stick with it.
