Could someone tell me how to gain a voucher for cissp? there are any idea how is possible gain a voucher?

This appears to be a North America only scheme,

If you are looking to purchase the CISSP exam, you can register an account (if you do not already have one tied to your (ISC)² profile) at Pearson VUE and pay via the website.
