Does the Coursera ISC2 certificate require coding or compiling code?

Hi all, 

Hope all goes well.  I'm considering taking the Coursera (ISC)2 course, but want to know if it requires scripting or compiling code.  Coursera can't answer.  Anyone else know?

No, it should not. The Coursera courses are designed to prepare students to pass the certification exams. Since no (ISC)2 certificate tests for coding, the Coursera courses should not, either.

There is no coding on the exam itself so I couldn't possibly guess why Coursera would include such in any course work.
