CSSLP Course Cyclomatic Complexity chart confusion?

Is this chart correct?  

If the rating is 3, which risk category is it?  Should the Complexity be 1-10, 11-20, and 21-50?

Just to let everybody know, this same error exists in the online book.  

I have reported both.  This is maybe 5 issues I have found in only the first 2 domains.  Is there by chance a bug bounty program? 🙂
