Principal Product Manager, Small Business - USA remote - McAfee
McAfee is looking for a data-driven, customer-focused and energetic Principal Product Manager to lead McAfee’s small business segment expansion.
If you are passionate about the small business segment, building solutions that disrupt and rapidly scale a service to millions of customers, then this role is for you. You will partner with Design, Engineering, Channel teams, Sales, and Marketing to accelerate market traction for our next-generation product that redefines how we protect consumers.
This is a remote position based in either the United States or Canada. We will only consider candidates in the United States or Canada and are not offering relocation assistance at this time.
About the role:
You will lead the McAfee’s Small business product team to deliver and distribute in direct and partner channels
You are comfortable interacting with business leaders and developers with your holistic, end-to-end understanding of how this service delivers customer impact
You will set a vision for the small business solution, create a compelling roadmap and lead a cross-functional team to introduce new functionality, drive adoption and business growth
You will become an expert in small business space with market research, competitive assessment, and customer intelligence
Take a data-driven approach in defining success metrics, writing and prioritizing requirements, providing guidance, and communicating plans, progress and success
Continuously test and learn business processes and product experiences to reduce friction and speed up delivery of the service to customers at scale
10+ years in product management with high proficiency in agile development methods
You have experience working in small business segments on a global scale
Working in security, or related fields of expertise is preferred
A CISSP or other security certification is a plus
You have proven skills leading products from vision to execution
You are passionate about building user-centric, customer-focused experiences that unify platforms and products
You have financial and business analytical skills with experience delivering business cases, advocating for resource investment and ensuring ROI
You have interpersonal skills and the ability to independently capture, distill, communicate and influence complex ideas clearly and concisely to leadership and the broader team
You have experience in customer and partner facing roles and proven ability to collaborate with sales, marketing and engineering to deliver business outcomes
