@d46j48fx I would recommend conducting a Business Impact Analysis (BIA) if you have not done so previously. This means conducting a survey and interviews with stakeholders and asking direct questions as to the impact of an outage on key assets and what the potential risks, and threats would be. Then you can drive a consensus approach with their endorsement as to what the actually DRP or BCRS plan should actually be focused upon.
