It's a SaaS application that is free for individuals and has icons for AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes, CNCF, Alibaba Cloud, Oracle Cloud (OCI).
I just used Github OAuth to sign-in and make an account and am playing around with it to see what it can do. So far I am pretty impressed.
