The meeting was held at Wild Eagle in Brecksville.
No presentation since this was the last meeting of the year.
A total of 25 people attended, a mix of members and guests.
The meeting was called to order by Rob Netgen.
Rob went over the rules and stated the chapter follows the Chatham House Rules.
All current officers were introduced (Rob Netgen [present], Chris Hartley [present, Stephanie Guedras [present], April Volk [not present].
Rob thanked all the officers for their service and announced we would vote on the 2022 officers.
Rob introduced the 2 members running for office:
Troy Sheley, Membership Directory
Ted Kozenko
Rob asked all CISSP holders and members to vote "Aye" if they would like to accept the nomination of Troy Sheley as Membership Directory. The following voted for Troy: Larry Wise, Stephanie Guedras, Billy Heiser, Craig Monastra, Stewart Davis, Chris Hartley, and Rob Netgen. There were no "Nays".
Rob asked all CISSP holders and members to vote "Aye" if they would like to accept the nomination of Ted Kozenko as Secretary. The following voted for Ted: Larry Wise, Stephanie Guedras, Billy Heiser, Craig Monastra, Stewart Davis, Chris Hartley, and Rob Netgen. There were no "Nays".
Rob asked if anyone had any job opportunities they would like to announce and the following were presented:
Kevin Arnold - Selman Company
Billy Heiser - Lincoln Electric
Rob discussed the upcoming meetings and stated that due to the new Omicron Covid variant, that the January and February meetings will be on Zoom.
