QRadar SIEM event alerting for SAP/Oracle , "Best Practices"

If you have experience developing and implementing alerting (QRadar) and triage process for SAP/Oracle DB security events and security process of reviewing alerts please reach out.  Would appreciate someone with experience to discuss .

 

Any help would be appreciated.
