Hi,
Just wondering if anyone out there knows if there have been any developments with regards to restarting the Irish (ISC)2 chapter or are there any CISSP/(ISC)2 meetups in Dublin?
I did get a response from the (ISC)2 Chapter coordinator a couple of weeks ago to say that progress was being made in this area but I was hoping someone involved in Ireland might have some more details.
Thanks.
Stephen
Hello Stephen (@SMac),
I reached out to our Chapter team for this region and they informed me that they will be getting in touch with this chapter on your behalf to see if we can get some more information for you. It seems like this chapter may be going through a reorganization, which might explain why there has been some delay in getting a response. As soon as we have some more information, Ramona from our London office will be reaching out to you via email.
Thanks,
Hi
I also am looking to join the Irish Chapter

Hello,
Unfortunately, there is not a current chapter in Ireland. There was a chapter there in the past; however, the chapter was closed due to inactivity and not fulfilling annual requirements.
If you or someone you know would be interested in starting a chapter in Ireland, please know that the next (tentative) open-enrollment period for the EMEA region will open in Q3-2020 (July). For more information about the petitioner requirements, chartering requirements, and more information, please check out our START A CHAPTER page.
Of course, if you have any questions, please email us at chapters@isc2.org.
Warm regards and be well,
