Cannot Reach Local Chapter

Hello -

I have reached out to my local chapter a number of different times and multiple ways but have not ever heard back from them.  It is the only chapter within 200 miles and I have not been a member long enough to start my own chapter.  Is there a better way to get in touch with a chapter or look for a sponsor to start a new chapter in this area?
