To those with SSCP and CISSP: Are you maintaining both? Why or why not?
I've been an SSCP for over 4 years and just obtained my CISSP yesterday. Considering CPE's can be shared across both certs, I am thinking to maintain the SSCP simply for resume candy and to keep the pretty certificate up on the wall. It'll cost me a few extra bucks a year in AMFs, but I think it is worth it to stand out from other CISSPs by having the SSCP in conjunction.

I have my SSCP and passed my CISSP this morning. My plan is to maintain both from a CPE and dues perspective. From the shared perspective, maintaining the CISSP should cover the SSCP CPEs. Having both certifications shows a natural progression in your career from practitioner to manager.
