Next Step for Approved Application Email

 

Hi, I got a email saying the following:

 

<<Your application for CISSP has been reviewed and is now complete. Please check www.isc2.org/dashboard to review your certification status.>>

 

However, when I login at the Dashboard link, I see nothing indicating my certification status and no way of paying dues. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

I emailed Member Support several days ago and have heard nothing back yet.

Emails and voicemails take a while to get a response - we're talking a couple of weeks.

 

If you really need to speak to them you should call them and keep calling until you reach someone.

Thanks, someone got back to me and helped. If anyone else has this problem, you'll need to contact member support.
