Hi, I got a email saying the following:
<<Your application for CISSP has been reviewed and is now complete. Please check www.isc2.org/dashboard to review your certification status.>>
However, when I login at the Dashboard link, I see nothing indicating my certification status and no way of paying dues. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Emails and voicemails take a while to get a response - we're talking a couple of weeks.
If you really need to speak to them you should call them and keep calling until you reach someone.
