All,

Is the CCFP certification available to take? Still active? I have myCHFI is there a difference between the two?

Thanks,

http://bfy.tw/KeEI

https://www.isc2.org/Certifications/CCFP

"The CCFP will be designated an inactive credential August 21, 2020. The credential will remain a recognized (ISC)² certification until that date."

Since CCFP is no longer listed on the page at

https://www.isc2.org/Certifications

and there is now less than three years (standard (ISC)2 certification cycle life) to that date, it's a good bet the CCFP exam is no longer being offered.

The CCFP was retired during the summer of 2017 if I remember correctly.

It's dead.

Take a look at the forensic certs from SANS/GIAC.  I think EC-Council may have one, but no idea of its value.
