CISSP experience requirement

I'm looking towards getting the CISSP, and I'm not sure if my work experience would count. I've been working Identity and Access Management for the past 18 months, but prior to that I was a Network Engineer, and a large part of my job included managing firewalls, VPNs, and other work directly related to network security (we didn't have dedicated teams for that, just three network engineers who handled all communications.) I was doing that particular work for two and a half years, coming to a sum total of four years, but I've also obtained the CCNA Cyber Operations certification, which I understand counts as an additional year.

Would this (and passing the exam of course) be sufficient to obtain the CISSP?

Assuming that your IAM/network engineer roles were full-time, I would say you satisfy the experience criteria based on my own interpretation of the requirements.
