CISSP exam

Hello Everyone.
Few weeks ago I wrote the email to ISC with few question. Because I didn't had any reply I sent the same email once again and I was using contact form to ask why I am waiting so long for reply. Unfortunately I still do not have reply for my questions. Are you able to give me advice how to get reply from ICS for my questions?

Unfortunately after few years of break I decided to take CISSP exam again. This time CISSP was looking like CISM. I had not many technical question (I think only few). I had only 100 questions and the organizer prohibit me to use dictionary during the exam. Because I didn’t pass it I would like to know why CISSP is looking like CISM. Why I couldn’t use dictionary and I would like to know where the problem is – maybe my English is not good enough. Sometimes I thought that the 4 answers means the same 😉. I can pay for it to be sure where the problem is.

So, because haven’t got reply for it yet, are you able to help me where send my questions to get reply?
