CISSP Provisional Pass, no email received from ISC2

Amanda Vance,

 

I sent an email this morning (June 3, 2019) to your attention at ISC2.   

I provisionally passed the CISSP Exam on May 28, 2019 but have received no email from ISC2.   

Can you look into this for me?

They do say to wait 2-5 business days for ISC2 to receive your exam results from Pearson. That being said, have you checked if you can submit your endorsement application? The email just tells you it's now time to do that, and the emails have been known to suffer delays while the endorsement system is all ready to go.

I am unable to submit endorsement application. Error message says:

You must resolve the following error before you can continue:

You must have passed the certification exam within the last 9 months.
Contact ISC2 Member Services at membersupport@isc2.org for additional information.

My ISC2 letter from ISC2 (from test center), literally says :

"Please allow 2-5 business days for your examination result to be transmitted to ISC2".

 

AlecTrevalyan - are you an ISC2 employee?   

 

I am hoping that Amanda Vance can resolve this for me.   I did send her an email this morning with all the details.

If you passed on the 28th that would make tomorrow the 5th business day.

I passed 5/17 and haven't heard anything.
