CISSP certification, formal recognition

If this community is not best-suited to answer this please let me know whom to address within (isc)²:

I vaguely remember an article from (isc)² which was about an informal(?) bachelor degree equivalency for a CISSP certification - at least within the US.

Unfortunately I'm unable to find it, so I wonder - in order to further promote the value of a CISSP certification:

1) Is (isc)² working on a formal recognition of the CISSP certification in Europe so that a specific amount of ECTS points could be credited towards e.g. a Bachelor of Science?

(considering the CISSP CBK matches tons of modules)

2) Is (isc)² working on a formal mapping of the CISSP certification with European Qualification Framework/EQF levels? (Level 7 would seem right to me)

(considering the CISSP requires five years of work practice)

3) Besides ISO/IEC Standard 17024 (source: https://www.isc2.org/Training/US-Government), is there any other globally acknowledged standard that a CISSP certification corresponds to?

Here is the original news announcement from (ISC)2

"UK NARIC, the UK’s designated national agency for the recognition and comparison of international qualifications and skills, has found the CISSP Certification comparable to RQF Level 7 Masters degree standard"
