What kind of lever is cc

Hi,

Does anybody know what NQF level cc is? Or what kind of level I can compare it with according to the Netherlands? 

My job coach asked me this question. And I don't know.

IMO, very basic entry level, fundamentals, so no lever. Akin to EC Council's C|CT , or Google's CyberSecurity Foundations Certificate, or ISACA CSXF Cybersecurity Fundamentals Certificate
